The site is run and written by Chloe Adams, a long-time hi-fi and home-studio hobbyist based in the UK. After years of muffling spare bedrooms, fixing rattly home offices and chasing that elusive clear sound, Chloe started sharing notes here so others could skip the expensive mistakes.
